    Sean and company did a fantastic job replacing all of my siding after a big windstorm hit. He not only caught mistakes other contractors didn't in their estimate, but haggled with my insurance to get the appropriate amount of money needed. They knocked the job out in two days, cleaned up beautifully, and then, after I thought all was finished, asked if it was okay if they came back to paint the window trim free of charge, just as a nice gesture.     I've had precious do some siding, gutters, roof after storms, new front door, wrap a couple windows, and put new porch post in all over the last couple years. Takes pride in doing the best job possible. Very reasonable. Glad I found Sean with precious roofing when I bought my house. See more See less

    Sean was great, he came out the day after the storm did a quick check over everything gave a very fair quote and got the work done quickly. He found a few additional things he recommended while working, was not pushy. He’s not an insurance chaser they are just good honest roofers. See more See less

    Precious Roofing, LLC did an outstanding job with my mother’s home. They cleaned the brick, tucked pointed and sealed several areas where rain water was coming into basement. Their work exceeded my expectations! I am more than happy with the final results. The mortar matched existing mortar on the old house. Sean and his crew were both professional and friendly to work with. They left the area very clean! Sean returned my text very quickly to set up an appointment.     Shaun and his team have done several projects for us. Gutters, chimney caps, and trim work on a historic home in Fairfield. I'm pretty particular about this house.     Extremely impressed with a job well done. Our new roof was installed in less than 8 hours. They showed up early & stayed until everything was complete! Sean kept me updated on a regular basis leading up to the install. He & his crew worked very hard, completing our roof to perfection in no time at all! Before they left, they cleaned up nicely. They even ran a large magnet on wheels behind & between my bushes just to be sure there won't be any rogue nails in the flower beds! Thanks for making this experience not at all painful!     Lost some shingles during some high winds and Precious Roofing came out the next day for repairs. Very professional and gave an honest evaluation of my roof. Price was very reasonable for such quick service. Even cleaned out my gutters while they were on the roof. Great team would definitely use again and recommend to anyone who needed work done.     I want to express and share my complete satisfaction with Precious Roofing. I got 3 estimates. Two of the companies sent salesmen, one of which advertises regularly on TV. I saw the Precious Roofing trucks at a house in the neighborhood, and the owners came and looked at the roof. This was more satisfactory for me, because I got to talk to and question the people who would actually do the work. I also got a very positive referral from their client in the neighborhood. I couldn't be happier with Precious' work. My roof is both shingled and part is a flat rubber roof, which requires real expertise. They are total professionals, pleasant to deal with, quick to respond to phone calls, and reliable. I've dealt with workers who don't return calls and don't show up as promised. These guys were great in every respect. I highly recommend them and have full faith ;you will not be disappointed in their work! Five stars for sure! P.S. I finally got an estimate in the mail from the company we hear about on TV; the overpriced estimate came three days after the work was done by Precious Roofing. Plus, a word of advice. As you get estimates, ask the companies about the quality of materials used. Precious uses the best and includes brands and quality descriptions in their estimates. Thank you! See more See less

    Precious Roofing did an excellent job installing gutters with covers, downspouts and putting in a French drain in the yard. They cleaned up with not a scrap in sight. Very impressed with the French drain they installed under a stone rock walkway. See more See less

    I got quotes and talked with 4 different roofing contractors for my parents. One basically did not want to deal with Allstate. Sean hung in there with them. I felt like he wasn't trying to make everything sound perfect. Honest conversation. He was so patient and jumped through the hoops they asked for. He was also the fairest with price.     We’ve asked them to help with several projects now after replacing our entire roof and gutters. They did such an amazing job, we’ve called them for other outdoor projects and some indoor as well.
