    Extremely impressed with a job well done. Our new roof was installed in less than 8 hours. They showed up early & stayed until everything was complete! Sean kept me updated on a regular basis leading up to the install. He & his crew worked very hard, completing our roof to perfection in no time at all! Before they left, they cleaned up nicely. They even ran a large magnet on wheels behind & between my bushes just to be sure there won't be any rogue nails in the flower beds! Thanks for making this experience not at all painful!     Lost some shingles during some high winds and Precious Roofing came out the next day for repairs. Very professional and gave an honest evaluation of my roof.     I was referred to Precious Roofing for repair to my ceiling, roof, and in my attic after a storm. They worked wonderfully with my insurance company and made the process easier. They were thorough and made sure I had pictures of everything that they put in their invoice. They did a fantastic job and I feel confident in the work that was done.     I want to express and share my complete satisfaction with Precious Roofing. I got 3 estimates. Two of the companies sent salesmen, one of which advertises regularly on TV. I saw the Precious Roofing trucks at a house in the neighborhood, and the owners came and looked at the roof. This was more satisfactory for me, because I got to talk to and question the people who would actually do the work. I also got a very positive referral from their client in the neighborhood. I couldn't be happier with Precious' work. My roof is both shingled and part is a flat rubber roof, which requires real expertise. They are total professionals, pleasant to deal with, quick to respond to phone calls, and reliable. I've dealt with workers who don't return calls and don't show up as promised. These guys were great in every respect. I highly recommend them and have full faith ;you will not be disappointed in their work! Five stars for sure! P.S. I finally got an estimate in the mail from the company we hear about on TV; the overpriced estimate came three days after the work was done by Precious Roofing. Plus, a word of advice. As you get estimates, ask the companies about the quality of materials used. Precious uses the best and includes brands and quality descriptions in their estimates. Thank you! See more See less

    Sean and company did a fantastic job replacing all of my siding after a big windstorm hit. He not only caught mistakes other contractors didn't in their estimate, but haggled with my insurance to get the appropriate amount of money needed. They knocked the job out in two days, cleaned up beautifully, and then, after I thought all was finished, asked if it was okay if they came back to paint the window trim free of charge, just as a nice gesture.     After being in our wood siding home for 10+ years we had already painted it once and were due again. But this time would be different, our old wood siding was in rough shape, suffering from rot and woodpecker damage, we would need to replace whole sections of siding. Instead of replacing it with wood again, we decided to do a whole tear off and replacement. We put out feelers for quotes, and Precious Roofing came back quickly and competitively. They answered any questions I had, and even took some suggestions to improve the life of the siding (they were trying to save me more money). After a number of communications and a lot of time looking at siding samples we were under contract. Work began on the exact day we had scheduled, and boy was the first stage of the work done quickly. Precious Roofing completely removed our old wood siding, upgraded our moisture barrier to the Zip System within 2 days. The much more delicate work of aluminum trim, gutters, and Board and Batten siding took another 2 solid weeks of work. Their expertise didn't stop there. They also expertly replaced a section of our flat roof, ensuring our home is fully protected. To top it all off, they installed new gutters and gutter guards, a much-needed improvement that will save us a lot of maintenance in the long run. They were incredibly thorough, even informing us of and replacing extra rot they discovered during the process, all as part of the job. Their communication was excellent from the initial bidding all the way through completion. We were also impressed with how seamlessly they coordinated with our outside window installer. They were even amenable to me working at the same time as them to make some much needed electrical upgrades to my outdoor outlets. After the work was done, I had a hard time finding any nails or other fasteners in the yard, driveway, or walkways. The yard was as spotless as I could have hoped considering the level of work involved with this job.     I got quotes and talked with 4 different roofing contractors for my parents. One basically did not want to deal with Allstate. Sean hung in there with them. I felt like he wasn't trying to make everything sound perfect. Honest conversation. He was so patient and jumped through the hoops they asked for. He was also the fairest with price.     Precious Roofing, LLC did an outstanding job with my mother’s home. They cleaned the brick, tucked pointed and sealed several areas where rain water was coming into basement. Their work exceeded my expectations! I am more than happy with the final results. The mortar matched existing mortar on the old house.
