Absolutely fantastic work from start to finish. We recently had our roof replaced by them, and the craftsmanship is unmatched. The crew was punctual, respectful, and completely professional every step of the way. The job was wrapped up right on schedule without a single hitch. If you’re looking for high-quality, hassle-free roofing, look no further! 10/10 experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Sean came out the same day and inspected our leaking roof. He gave us a thorough written estimate hours later. With his warranty, it was an easy decision to hire his company. A few days later we had a new roof and we're very pleased. He did our detached garage 2 years ago and we absolutely called him first to do the house. He might be a little more expensive, but the extended warranty and peace of mind is worth it.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Precious Roofing LLC for a roof repair project, and I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service. From the initial phone call to the completion of the project, their team was friendly, responsive, and attentive to my needs. They kept me informed throughout the process and ensured that I was satisfied with the results. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is commendable, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services.

I had my roof and gutters replaced as well as my chimney fixed. The communication, service, timing of service, and product were top quality. Highly recommend :)

The Precious Roofing crew is outstanding. I had a major repair with a large second-story window in my home. They were quick to respond, very thorough, and finished the job in one (long) day to ensure that my home was secured before nightfall. I found a similar issue with another window in my home; without hesitation, I called Precious Roofing again. The response time was quick, and the window was repaired with great care. This business is on my preferred list because they are honest, well-priced, hardworking, and skilled tradesmen. I highly recommend Precious Roofing, LLC..

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! After getting several quotes from other companies, I was impressed with Sean /Precious Roofing from the get go. When he came to my home to give me a quote to replace my fascia board, gutters and soffit, my front gutter was flopping in the wind, barely holding on. Sean and his brother grabbed their ladder and graciously secured it with a few screws just days before an upcoming storm. This is something they did not have to do, but did it without hesitation, and I cannot express how much this act of kindness meant to me. I knew right away that they were the ones I wanted and trusted to do the job. So, if you're looking for an honest, and dependable company to do the work you need, look no more. Precious Roofing is where it's at!! They did a amazing job, at a fair price, were on time, and kept me updated every step of the way. I will definitely work with them again. Thank you Sean and crew for taking such great care. I truly appreciate you!

I had an amazing experience! The entire process was managed with great attention and professionalism. From the beginning, everything moved efficiently and without any confusion. The team stayed in contact throughout, answered questions quickly, and made sure every detail was handled properly. Their commitment, reliability, and positive attitude really stood out. In the end, the results exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly recommend their services to anyone looking for quality work.

I was really glad to find Precious Roofing. They did a lot of work for me! I needed urgent removal of old caulking and placement of new caulking around all the windows of my house. It's really hard to find someone to do this and to do it well. Most companies won't touch it or just want to slap new caulk on top of the old, which can fail. When the weather was right, a team of three came out on a Saturday and spent 8 hours removing and reinstalling all the caulking around my windows with thick, durable QuadMax caulk. I was very grateful. They also installed vinyl soffit, ventilated soffit where needed, and covered the fascia boards in painted white aluminum. There was damaged vinyl siding on the back that needed replacing. Tuck point repairs were done on exterior and interior brick, and vinyl exterior dentil molding installed. Old silicone was removed from brick where a sunroom was. Last but not least, the concrete cap of the chimney needed replacing, and in the process, the installation errors of the original builders were fixed. Precious Roofing did a great job all around and I would highly recommended them to my neighbors and colleagues.

Very professional. Great communication.

Precious Roofing was out to look at my roof and repaired it all within a week of me calling. I was very happy with their work and will use them again.

Great service from start to finish . Recently they did a great job on my home and I'm very happy with end result.Definitly use them again in the future! Thankyou!

After being in our wood siding home for 10+ years we had already painted it once and were due again. But this time would be different, our old wood siding was in rough shape, suffering from rot and woodpecker damage, we would need to replace whole sections of siding. Instead of replacing it with wood again, we decided to do a whole tear off and replacement. We put out feelers for quotes, and Precious Roofing came back quickly and competitively. They answered any questions I had, and even took some suggestions to improve the life of the siding (they were trying to save me more money). After a number of communications and a lot of time looking at siding samples we were under contract. Work began on the exact day we had scheduled, and boy was the first stage of the work done quickly. Precious Roofing completely removed our old wood siding, upgraded our moisture barrier to the Zip System within 2 days. The much more delicate work of aluminum trim, gutters, and Board and Batten siding took another 2 solid weeks of work. Their expertise didn't stop there. They also expertly replaced a section of our flat roof, ensuring our home is fully protected. To top it all off, they installed new gutters and gutter guards, a much-needed improvement that will save us a lot of maintenance in the long run. They were incredibly thorough, even informing us of and replacing extra rot they discovered during the process, all as part of the job. Their communication was excellent from the initial bidding all the way through completion. We were also impressed with how seamlessly they coordinated with our outside window installer. They were even amenable to me working at the same time as them to make some much needed electrical upgrades to my outdoor outlets. After the work was done, I had a hard time finding any nails or other fasteners in the yard, driveway, or walkways. The yard was as spotless as I could have hoped considering the level of work involved with this job. If you're looking for a roofing and siding company that delivers quality work, clear communication, and goes the extra mile the wife and I highly recommend Precious Roofing

Thank you to Sean and his team great job!!!! Regards, Kim

Excellent quality work: (roofing /flashing, gutters, downspouts, drainage), fair pricing, outstanding customer service!

Sean was great, he came out the day after the storm did a quick check over everything gave a very fair quote and got the work done quickly. He found a few additional things he recommended while working, was not pushy. He’s not an insurance chaser they are just good honest roofers.

Recommend them 100% - so responsive and do great work. I keep getting compliments!
